By order of the Kay County District Court, Christopher Dale Jackson, 41, of Ponca City is wanted. Jackson is wanted for breaking the terms of a protective order.
Police in Ponca City say that a woman who has a protective order against Jackson says that he has put videos about her on YouTube.
She told the cops that he can’t talk about her online because of the protective order. The film was seen by a police officer, who said that Jackson says she killed his dogs.
The Kay County Sheriff’s Department gave the police a copy of the protective order, and they called Jackson. Jackson is said to have told cops that he made the video but wasn’t trying to get in touch with the woman.
He told the cops that she should be charged with animal cruelty again because it would be best for everyone. Jackson said that he doesn’t think the video is a stalking tool because he wasn’t trying to get in touch with the woman.
Officer Jared Gray says Jackson got mad and started swearing at him before telling him to F-off and hanging up.
Jackson is set to go to court on Nov. 19 for a different issue. Since he wouldn’t leave a city building, he is now being charged with six misdemeanors for willfully disturbing, interfering with, or disrupting city work. It was turned in on May 17, 2022. (read story)
Two other cases from October 2022, in which he was accused of interfering with city business, have been thrown out because the charges were added to the first case.
Today, the search for the person who broke the protective order was issued, and the bond is backed up by $5,000.
